To me, it’s not a rocket science to lose weight in a week. I will tell you some easy steps to lose weight in a week. Many people, including me, looking for ways to lose weight within a week, and believe me it’s possible.

  1. You should low fat food and avoid fatty things.
  2. Use fruit, veggies, nuts, organic cheese sticks instead of chips and candy bars.
  3. Walk for half an hour after taking after dinner, and run for at least one hour before breakfast.
  4. You must eat fruits and veggies on a daily basis.
  5. Avoid sweets and sugar.
  6. You should eat meals on a regular schedule. It could be a difficult for a busy individual, but you can try.
  7. Please turn off your TV while eating because it diverts your attention from how much you are eating.
  8. If you are young men/women, you can go to gym for a complete exercise. If you, then walk 5-6 kilometer daily, or run 3-4 kilometer to lose your weigh in a week.

In addition, you should keep in mind that walking and running is very important if you want to lose your weight in a week. Losing weight actually is burning of calories and fat, and you can increase this burning by avoiding high fat foods, walking and running, very simple.
